Instead of the cashier handing out loyalty cards, the customer simply texts a promo code to a number.
Each time the customer visits your business and buys a coffee (or whatever you’re selling) they’re given a unique promo code and a number to text to.
The more often they buy, the more texts they can send. Then the more points they collect, and more quickly they can unlock the rewards your business is offering.
